Project Details:

Construction of a new $13M, 73,674 SF wood-framed building
53 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units for traditional Assisted and Independent Living
22 studio and shared units in a Memory Care wing for residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and other memory impairments
Assisted and Independent Living units will include an efficiency kitchen, and residents will have access to community activity spaces, a restaurant-style dining area, computer rooms and a library.
The Memory Care wing will have separate dining arrangements, a spacious, secure outdoor area for recreation, and activity spaces designated for specialized care and cognitive programming.
