We have now reached the completion of the twelve month warranty period on the Bennett Hemenway Elementary School and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the participants from Congress Construction Co. who worked to make this project a success. This project contained almost all of the challenges encountered in building construction:

• Limited Construction Budget
• Very limited construction timeline
• A very unique building design requiring sophisticated coordination and layout
• Construction on an occupied site
• Complicated construction phasing requirements
• Asbestos and hazardous materials abatement
• Construction in a very dense neighborhood environment
• Critical deadlines for occupancy

Congress Construction Co. worked cooperatively with all parties to ensure that all of these challenges were met. I would like to offer special thanks to you and Mr. Pete Nicholson for your tireless efforts. Your commitments played a primary role in the success of this project.
