Congress's approach to the construction process and its ability to look beyond the blueprints, to the real needs of its customer, is what made the difference. I have told countless people in the industry that our experience with Congress was the easiest and most efficient of any builder that I have been associated with, through over 50 projects. And I have told you that Peter Nicholson is, hands down, the finest Superintendant that we have had on a LongTerm Care construction project.

Congress' approach allowed me to focus on new development, knowing that our projects would remain on right course, and without the need for me to micro manage the construction work.

For example, Eagle Pond Nursing Home was an overwhelming success. Ledgewood Nursing Home at Beverly Hospital was a challenge that your firm met quickly, and got our residents in the door. Beyond these examples, over twenty substantial renovations of nursing homes throughout eastern Massachusetts transformed our older facilities into some of the leading homes in the market.

So it's really our 'customers', the operators, and the residents of these facilities, who continue to enjoy the ongoing benefits of the buildings that we created together. As we evaluate future projects in New England and the Mid Atlantic, there would be no reason for us to look to another builder for our Health Care or Senior Housing construction.
