This letter is to personally thank you and your team for your exceptionally hard work on our Village at Cedar Hill expansion project. Your firm's diligence and ability to work with our HUD Lender and their consultants to help the team close the HUD 241 financing were critical to our project's ability to move forward.

Before Congress became involved, the project was on hold without financing. With Congress' efforts and its thorough knowledge of the HUD system, we achieved the financing to expand our assisted living and build a memory care center, our largest expansion to date. Your and Peter Doran's personal involvement with our team in the value engineering of our project, and in the specialized aspects of assisted living, memory care and building systems, allowed the project to move forward with HUD and be tailored to the way we operate. Today the project is at above 95% occupancy and thriving.
