Dear Bill,

This is to express our gratitude for the hard work and attentiveness of your project management and field staff, at the Forest Manor Nursing Home Project.

While the building was completed ahead of schedule, and it is certainly an excellent building, the key to the project's success was that the field managers were tireless in the attention to detail, in the process of getting us up and running the building.

We moved 40 patients in form the existing facility to the new building essentially in one day. That was a challenge and could not have been done successfully without Peter and Rich working so closely with us.

And the efforts to train our people, to make sure we were firmly "in the driver's seat" before we took occupancy of the building, and for that "break-in period", made a world of difference.

We look forward to opening up the next building with you A team.
