We are the Architects for the Acre, Centralville and Highlands Elementary Schools, a contract of approximately $20,000,000 for the City of Lowell, Massachusetts, currently in the final stages of completion. We would not hesitate to recommend the General Contractor, Congress/Eastern, A Joint Venture, for any project of similar size and scope.

We found Congress/Eastern to be outstanding in all aspects of their work, including Project Management, on-site supervision, cost control and scheduling. In fact, this project was substantially completed four months ahead of schedule, due to this contractors’s ability to agressively schedule the project while maintaining superior levels of quality control for the project and facilitating the needs of the client.

We were further impressed with the close involvement of the Principals to insure that the project continued expeditiously through all phases of the work as well as when significant issues arose, all of which were quickly and amicably resolved.
