This is to recognize you and your staff's hard work and innovative approaches to delivering healthcare construction. We are proud of the facilities upon which we have worked together. Peter and Rich have worked tirelessly to deliver a top shelf product, and should be commended as well.

The Congress approach, providing a turnkey, ready to operate facility, was important to us on the Wellspring (fka Bel Air) and Forest Manor Nursing projects. The process was organized, and allowed our personnel to manage healthcare operations, while Congress handled the construction, development, and planning.

The projects that Congress delivered to us will be valuable to our firm, and the turnkey process, whether or not we own or lease the asset, will allow us to grow, while keeping our eye on our core business.

The management of challenging HUD and conventional lending sources, in perhaps the most difficult credit crunch we have ever seen, cannot be understated.

We quickly put 300 beds in place together, while managing some real challenges along the way. We certainly look forward to working with Congress again, as we grow our portfolio.
