Dear Bill:
This is to thank you, your company’s and your family’s hard work and diligent performances during a twenty-three year span of building some fairly challenging multifamily housing for us.
While any builder can figure out what is on the blue prints, Congress’s approach to our projects was to figure out well in advance what we as the client really needed and make sure that’s what we got for a finished product. This is why we were able to enjoy continued success in the multi-family housing jobs that we collaborated upon.
Our company needs a builder that it can trust to get the jobs done without day to day handholding. Congress’ approach allowed me to do that so we could focus on new business, proper project financing and marketing while remaining confident that our jobs would stay on track, on schedule and within cost budgets.
There are few builders and developers who have worked together for over thirty years, completing seven construction projects and over 500 housing units together and look forward to continuing the relationship. That is how we define success.
In this challenging housing market we will be looking to Congress to meet our needs as new opportunities arise.
Very truly yours,
E. Denis Walsh
