The Congress Companies to Build New Senior Housing in Hillsborough, NJ for Kaplan Development Group

PEABODY, MA — Congress Building Corp. is pleased to announce a new project with client Kaplan Development Group, LLC of Jericho, NY for the construction of The All American Assisted Living, a senior living community in Hillsborough, NJ. The Congress Companies, a full service construction firm headquartered in Peabody, MA, will provide Construction Management services for the project, which will be owned and operated by the Kaplan Development Group.

The All American Assisted Living of Hillsborough, designed by the nationally distinguished EGA Architects, PC of Newburyport, MA, will be a 58,000-square-foot, 112-bed, Assisted Living and Memory Care residence located at 351 US 206, Hillsborough, NJ. There will be studios and two-bedroom companion suites available to residents as well as a specially designed Memory Support wing for those with memory impairments.

The All American Memory Support program at All American of Hillsborough will engage residents with early stage Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders in meaningful, therapeutic activities focused on their individual strengths and capabilities. All American’s unique Memory Support program offers specialized cognitive programming in a separate, secure environment with its own common areas, courtyard and other amenities.

The All American will also include a variety of common areas, featuring comfortable living rooms, library, media room, arts and crafts room, a salon, bistro, exercise and rehabilitation room, a spacious dining room serving home style meals served restaurant-style, and other signature amenities designed to keep residents active and engaged. Residents will have access to All American’s unique Wellness and Support services, private dining, entertainment and recreation as well. The landscaped grounds will feature walking paths, putting green and bocce court, as well as sitting areas and gardens.

Construction for The All American Assisted Living of Hillsborough commenced in July, 2016 and is scheduled for completion in mid-2017.
