CONGRESS/EMJ SELECTED AS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR MULTIFAMILY PROJECT IN REVERE, MASS
Danvers, MA - Congress/EMJ has been selected by a partnership of Hines, Belfonti Companies, and Bridge Investment Group to serve as the construction manager for their 209-unit apartment community on Revere Beach.
The project, on one of the last developable sites on Revere Beach, is located on a 1.4-acre site at 646 Ocean Avenue in Revere, Massachusetts. The 209-unit beachfront apartment community will include an elevated, outdoor courtyard and a large pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean over two levels of structured parking and a ground floor retail component. The project recently broke ground with an expected completion in early 2024.
