Project Details:

Original building was a new 55,000 square foot, 120 bed skilled nursing facility
Additions and renovation 12 years later included a 30,000 square foot, 4-story addition of 40 beds and support spaces
HUD 232 construction/permanent financing program
54-inch forced city sewer main discovered under site of proposed addition required creative construction methods to complete job on schedule
New foundations were cantilevered over the water main without disturbing it, while also dewatering the site
