IPSWICH, MA – Officials from The Congress Companies and LCB Senior Living, LLC, held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 to mark the commencement of construction of The Residence at Riverbend, a $13M Assisted Living project at 149 County Road in Ipswich, MA. As the only Assisted Living development in Ipswich, we are helping to fill a need for senior care and housing in this area. The project will also provide tax benefits to the Town of Ipswich, plus public access to and the preservation of large amounts of riverfront, among other features,” noted William Nicholson, CEO of The Congress Companies.

Additionally, The Residence will offer residents three meals daily served in a restaurant-style dining room, 24-hour security, as well as access to a variety of other common areas including activities spaces, computer rooms and a library.
Assisted Living residents will have all of the aforementioned amenities as well as assistance with activities of daily living such as medication management or help with dressing and bathing.
