Our commitment to quality goes beyond your satisfaction with the physical aspects of your completed building. As you transition into your daily operations, Congress understands that additional questions concerning the actual operations and use of your building and its many systems may arise that need immediate attention. In order to provide you with the highest level of customer service, we staff your facility with an on-site Engineer for as long as it takes after commissioning, to make sure that you are successfully operating the facility. Dedicated to your project, our Engineer will personally address any questions or concerns and step in wherever you require assistance.
