This is the SNF of the future. We are honored and grateful to work with EPIC Healthcare, one of the most progressive providers of rehabilitative services and Skilled Nursing care in the northeast. Lizer Jozefovic, EPIC’s CEO, is a unique visionary. Lizer and his team epitomize the future of Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing. His quest for quality care and his tireless efforts, attention to every detail, working with our construction and design team toward planning a proactive and vital rehabilitation environment, are among the driving forces behind this project. Our relationship with TAT has been ongoing and successful for over thirty years, and we are delighted to continue that collaboration on this project.”
Congress will continue to work with TAT and EPIC in a project team approach which will bring the project though the preconstruction and construction phases. Congress will provide transparent preconstruction and construction phase scheduling, line item budgeting, value engineering, cost estimating, and life cycle evaluations of alternative building system options.
