CONGRESS NAMED CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT - THE MULLER AT 133 SALEM ST., REVERE, MA

Danvers, MA - 133 Salem Development, LLC of Chelsea MA, led by Mikael Vienneau has selected Congress Construction as its Construction Manager for The Muller Condominiums, a multi-family project located in Revere, MA. The Muller is an adaptive reuse of and vertical addition to a former nursing home, into multi-family home ownership housing. The Architect for this unique 71-unit, 4 story, 64,000 sq. ft. multi-family residential building with one commercial unit is Peter Vanko of Vanko Studio Architects of Boston, MA. The structural engineer is Roome & Guarrancino LLC, mechanical engineer is BLW Engineers and the electrical engineer is JD Consulting. Additionally, 133 Salem Development, LLC has selected Broadway Capital Inc. as its Development Manager.

Congress will continue to work with Broadway Capital, Vanko Architects, and its engineering teams, to manage the final pre-construction and then the construction phases, including its unique true value engineering method, evaluations of alternative building system selections, subcontractor qualification and procurement, all as part of Congress' full-service Construction Management approach.

During the demolition work, which is planned to commence in November 2022, and onto the renovations and construction work, Congress will manage all on site construction activities, cost control, quality control, and safety programs and procedures.
